hello everyone, i have a mini photo shoot in manhattan, NY later this week and it will be late out: i know there are alot of different light sources in the city, but how can i use this to my advantage with composition and exposure? aslo, please keep in mind that the main subject here is a person... help please, i need advicee

Here's a couple articles that might help you a little. Night Photography:1 - Cityscapes.
Night Photography:2 - In the street. It'll help you alot if you can bring a strobe to light your subject and then use the city lights creatively in the background. Like using distant points of light to create bokeh.

Whats in the articles, and try to do different things, dont just take a few pics, then move on, try with different ISO, different angle, different shutter speed etc. Experiment, break any so called rules, and come up with your own style
