Default New studio lighting

Hi, looking to buy myself studio lighting, have done some digging around on the internet and the forums, and I have found a kit I'm happy with. The Elinchrom D-Lite 2/4 To go kit seems well worth it, and from what I can gather is a good starter kit. However, is their any other brands, or a kit that would better suit my needs? I will be doing mainly portraits at functions, full-length, of couples or small groups. would this kit be sufficient?
Thanx

no lights just the other stuff... add the flashes and that should be fine a fine kit for doing strobist-type work. I don't know how much is "RM349" but if its under $200us - seems decent.

Would it be better to get the 2 d-lite 4 kit, or would the d-lite2/4 kit be fine?

More power is always nice, especially when shooting through softboxes or into umbrellas. If your space is small (and you don't think it will ever get much bigger) the 200 kit will be fine however under powering is expensive in the long run.(because you have to buy more light)
