Adding a gel to your flash will not fix the color cast. It will only make the added light "match" (much easier to fix in post).
The fluorescent w/b preset is designed to remove blue/green. If that doesn't work due to the specific color temp of the bulbs in question the only answers (other than post) is to set a custom W/B setting. If unable/unwilling to do that you could set a grey card into one image, fix the W/B for that image in post first, and then copy "the fix" to all of the other images (speeds up the w/b post work but doesn't eliminate it)
