ha, I had a feeling the response was going to be shoot in raw. Unfortunately for me, I have no patience to process every photo I take so I think I may play with it for certain individual shots. Thankfully it's relatively easy to switch to raw for a shot or two.

Still want to learn though.

Osmosis.. Wow, that's a neat example picture! Makes me realize that white balance is a factor other than in the low light shots i'm used to seeing my issues with.

Ceremus.. Never thought of that. I'll give it a whirl.

Elmo.. Practice Practice Practice... photography mantra right haha

As Elmo mentioned, you have several different light sources. One thing you could always do if you shoot RAW is to edit the same file for several different white balance temperatures and composite them together based on area. Takes more work, but with varying light sources like that you're never going to get everything perfect.
