430EX II w/ AEB

I've been training to do some real estate photography and the company insists that I take 7 shots in Manual, adjusting the exposure by one stop for each shot. Is there an easier way to do this? I tried to do it in Aperture Priority mode but it wouldn't let me change the bracketing. I'm using a Canon 60D w/ 430EX II. Thanks for an input ahead of time!

There's your problem. Av is an automatic exposure mode and, as such, you can't change the exposure manually. You'll want to be in ... wait for it... manual mode.

Put the camera in manual mode and stop the aperture down quite a bit (f/11 should do it). Use ISO 100 for the cleanest images. Then find the shutter speed that puts you 2 or 3 stops under middle grey. You should have a meter that either says -2, -1, 0, 1, 2 or has something like this | | | | | | |. Then slow the shutter speed down so that the exposure gets brighter and brighter, one stop at a time.

I wouldn't worry about using the flash if they want 7 bracketed shots. They probably want to do an exposure blending technique that compresses the dynamic range of the scene into a singe well exposed image (HDR without the tonemapping)
