Default Is it possible to have Black Light Strobs?

Is there any or possible? Has it ever been done?

I'm doing a project with black light paint and I know I could just use a slow shutter but it will be on a person so... I don't any blur, so slow shutter won't really work out too well.

Hey Chris, I realize you posted this like a month ago, but was wondering if you found a solution to using the strobes? I have been asked to do a series of photos for a local night club, but they want the shoot done in the club and I am told that they have strobes, black lighting, etc..

I have never done anything like this and am a little concerned that the pics aren't going to come out very well. Will the slow shutter help to avoid an problems with the flashing lights?

Thanks for the help,

Thanks for the help,
I asked my professors about this and they recommended continuous black lights just very powerful like 1000w to avoid the need of shooting a slow shutter. If I knew how to engineer (DIY) a black light strob I would but I don't know anything about engineering anything just the concept part I'm pretty good at.

As for your situation I would shoot it in higher ISOs, but for my situation in a studio setting I would aviod the use of a higher ISO with the more control I have in lighting and setting up the shot and if I need or want super clean photos unless I may or may not have a choice of using high ISO, unless somehow I learn or find out how to build a DIY black light strob, or even filter to put onto my strob that has the same affects from black lights.
