Default How to recreate this look?

My husband wants some photos of his band and would like to "recreate" the look from the Simon and Garkunkel album, Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme. http://www.simonandgarfunkel.com/sit...ge/4502242.jpg
I'm guessing I would do this with a larger light on one side and maybe a speedlight from behind??? But really, I have no idea how to do this. Ideally, I would like to do it without renting lighting. (I have two work lights from Home Depot that I use and an SB 600).

Thanks!

I don't think there were two lights in the phot. It looks to me like there was just one light coming in from camera almost even with the people. The fill light on the front face looks like it's just coming from the reflection off of the white shirt. I think you'll just need the SB600. The light is pretty hard, so it might just be a bare flash without a diffuser set out to a wide angle (35-50mm). You might need a gobo (something to block the light) to keep it from spilling behind them onto the backdrop / background, but that might be about it.

Don't you think there might be a second light on the foreground elements? For the musicians though, I agree that it is a strong light, probably just set up to the right of the frame (it is quite intense, which suggests it isn't coming from a long way away). There is probably a good distance between them and the backdrop (or the backdrop was later masked out) so that it didn't pick up any light.
