Need help with concert photos

I took some shots this evening of a concert at the local community center. Nikon D700 with 70-200 f/2.8 lens at ISO 3200 on a monopod. Stage lighting was two banks of 4 lights each - one red, blue, yellow, and green. Each light was basically pointed directly at one of the band members faces. So the camera took the shots as it should, but they look like pictures of of a Star Trek Transporter room with each member bathed in one color of light and an overexposed face. I use Lightroom for basic corrections, but I am not an expert. Is there anything reasonably simple that I can do to make these shots at least look a little better? Sample attached. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Bump down the exposure compensation a few stops.. You want the subjects exposed right not necessarily the stage.
