Many times, a polarizing filter can be utilized to rid a shot of reflections. It should be easy if you are using hot lights. Simply turn the filter until you see the reflections fade away. *this doesn't work on metallic objects* Another method is to take several pictures while moving the light to a different spot in each one, then combine all the best parts in Photoshop. Most importantly, remember for shiny objects you have to light what is reflecting in it, instead of the object itself.

Care to share a picture? What product are you lighting? Exactly were are the lights placed? What kind of lights are they? What light equipment do you have to work with?
