That's just typical of British standards of service! I go to all the trouble of recommending them to someone, and they let me down..

Give them a ring and cancel the order for the Wexpro reflectors, and ask for the Interfit ones instead, they've got those in stock.

I can also recommend the Interfit reflector arm, which just drops onto the top of a regular light stand, although it's a little bit difficult to get the joints to clamp tightly if you're using a particularly big (heavy) reflector. And using it outdoors can be a bit awkward - you need a stand with a wide base, and a decent sandbag to hold it down, because the big round reflector turns into a bit of a sail..

Thanks the tip Russ. I'm considering cancelling the order and getting the Interfit 5in1 kit:

I noticed that Warehouse Express sells sandbags so that's a bonus too.
