Default Starter softbox kit

I am looking for a starter type softbox kit that would work well for in the house or outside and goes together fairly easy. I see FJ Westscott currently has a sale on their Apollo speedlight kit but I'd really like a softbox where the flash is mounted behind the softbox for quick access to power settings and such. I believe the Apollo is an umbrella type softbox and the speedlight would sit inside.

I really like the lastolite ezybox (24x24") but is a little pricey. Any suggestions? I would need a lightstand with the softbox along with anything necessary to mount my sb-600.

Thanks

I have a couple of Photoflex softboxes (one small and one larger) I bought from B&H. They sell a kit for the smaller one which includes a stand. I just bought the larger one by itself since I have enough stands.

Works well and wasn't outrageously expensive.

I am a fan of Photflex as well. They have a few boxes and kits designed for portable strobe.
Here is a link and also "lessons" to show you how they used the equipment.

I have the Apollo and love it most of the time. It can be a little hard to work with but the light control and look are really worth it.

If you are looking for something to primarily pack around take a look at the CheetahStand.com QBox. I tried out a friends and liked it. It is not as large as the apollo but outdoors you are working up close with low power flashes. It really worked well.
