I'm reviewing some gear from a UK company, Elemental, and thought I'd give you guys a sneak preview before the review in about two weeks - it's basically just an un-boxing, but you can find the gear via links if you'd like to find out more.
Blurb... Dan at Elemental sent me across some kit this week to check out and review for Digital photography School. I wasn't aware of Elemental who actually started trading on January 29th 2005, selling Jessops Portaflash gear. They started making / importing their own branded products in January 2007, and started engineering and designing their own gear about 8 months ago... Very well priced gear at this level of kit...

Needs more Sime muttering to himself.

I just bought my very first studio lighting kit (G2 series) from Elemental last year. The guys are a great help with any queries about additional items to add to the kit and also how to set-up/use them too.
I definately won't be going to anyone else for my kit! And at £329 (price in Aug '09) it was definately a bargain and a great investment! I use the kit regularly and have not had any problems with it so far.

Anyway I can get these in the US, I have been looking for an alien bee alternative and it seems like these have the results I'm looking for.
