How do you acheive this kind of look in a shot?

Location and dressing, too. There is a lot of white in the room. The exposure for the image has been set so that all the white things, including white items of clothing, have been over-exposed to the point of blowing out. Typically, that is a bad thing but not here. Instead, it means that the subjects skin and blue tops are the key elements of colour drawing you right to them. Other elements in the picture are all neutral beiges and browns, giving some context but not forming a distraction.

In other words, you need careful staging to get a result like this.

Having 80% of your image as white stuff, and having all that white stuff so overexposed that it's invisible also means that if you do your own printing in-house, you effectively cut your ink/dye overhead by 80% too - printing white onto white paper is free. ;-)
