This is done with one background flash and key light camera right using flash into umbrella.
I used a White board as a reflector on camera left, real close under her right side and tilted up. I'm going to try a third flash as a fill later today and see how that works.

i'm not expert, but it looks clean to me. well lite and no shadows

Looks good, but if you have a wig, try that on (the model, not you). Lighting for heads without hair can sometimes turn into something completely different when there is a big hair catching some of the light.
