Default sunrise in texas

sunrise

this is the sunrise from yesterday morning with minimal pp! it was so gorgeous. unfortunately i couldn't get to my camera till i got home from work so some of the effect is lost behind houses. however, i like the reflection on the cars.

i bet it was beautiful. Perhaps taking out the cars might help, but to me the colors int he sky look unatural.

Beautiful sky. Did you do any color enhancement or was it that colorful?

it was actually that colorful! isn't it amazing! they do look unnatural, but that was exactly how it was! you can see the sky behind the clouds to see the difference too.

i took maybe 15 or 20 shots and they all look this good - even though the crappy houses and cars don't look great, the photo was ready to go with just a little bit of straightening.

Haven't seen a sunrise in a while, but here in the Dallas area sunsets can look just like this. I just can't capture the colors for some reason. But I'm learning.

I was thrilled with the colors when i checked my lcd after shooting them. the houses were way underexposed so i guess that was excellent for the color of the sky. it was truly a luck shot.
