Default Lumsdale waterfalls

My first try at waterfalls - be gentle.

waterfall2 - lumsdale

waterfall - Lumsdale

And before anyone asks about the +4/3 exposure bias - totally unintentional - must have set it by accident and didn't notice til later.

Not so bad Nathan, may be you need to make the color up a little bit. Bring out the color of the dead leaves.

You've captured the water prefectly. Now we need to work on the rest. More color would really add to these and a little cropping will bring more focus to the waterfalls

Thanks guys.

@ windrider, I'm happy with the crop of the first one but your right about the second. I shouldn't get too anal about rule of thirds but I'm still learning.

How about this one?

You sure are good at the water thing arent you! I am kinda anal about cropping tho and altho I love this one I think with a bit more off the top ot would really bring out the water fall even better

I see what you mean but the original crop puts the waterfall in context, it's coming from somewhere and going to somwhere. That last crop seems to me to take out the "where it's coming from" part. Just goes to show that there is no "right" way to do it.

Thanks for your comments.
