Default What kind of bird is this?

I took a picture of a bird today and have no idea what kind of bird it is since the only two kinds of birds I can really identify are robins and cardinals!! Thanks for your help

I use http://www.whatbird.com to (try to) identify birds It's usually helpful! You can put in variables like the bird's color, size, shape, etc, as well as your location. I like to view the resulting list in Icon view (instead of Text view) - makes it a little easier to look at possible matches ('cuz if I knew the name of the bird I was trying to ID, I wouldn't be looking it up!)

Definitely a cedar waxwing, one of my favorite birds to photograph. I love the striking face colors and the tail looks like it was dipped in yellow paint. They are so beautiful. Great photograph too, by the way!
