Ok as others have mentioned the setting for WB and exposure how about a nice simple trim a touch less sky and water and bingo almost perfect then simply lighte curves a touch and some selective burn and dodge as let us face it re shooting is not possible.... be right back

here you go really quick one hence the odd look to the clouds on the right but gives the idea

reckon the land/boats are too under exposed. Particularly if your gonna be doing small images/prints of this shot (not enough detail). Silouttes only really work (IMO) when they are bigger

Primetime,Thank you very much for taking time on pp this image. Actually the second one I think is much much better than the original one. I can see more details under the dark clouds and the colors are still intact that is natural. The second one is what I'm looking for IMO. Thank you very much.

Hi FoG, Thank you for spending time making the image better. Expanding the image looks good and enhancing colors and brightness makes it better than the original. I like it too. Thanks.
