Lighthouse and Sunset
 Used the Sunset Cokin filter and a ND Cokin slide as well.

I cant decide if I like the glow around the lighthouse or not. Did you use a HDR effect on this?

yea the halo was pretty bad intially but i did some cloneing and healing to get rid of a lot of it. I should have spent some more time reducing it but like always I leave something to be improved on.

I dunno, after looking at it more I think it might really add to the effect. It gives it a "glow" Kinda goes with the orange colors. I think I would leave it as is!

The glow around the lighthouse fits in with your title - the sunset part...
even though it's 1pm, the sun is setting behind the lighthouse...with the help of your filters...  actually the glow sorta "frames" and highlights the lighthouse...i would definitely will leave it in ...but "smoothen" it a bit more where was this taken?
