Default shooting the stars tonight?
is anyone planning on shooting the Perseid meteor shower tonight?

are there any articles here on the site about how to shoot meteors or star trails? or does anyone have any tips?

of course i would expect to shoot in bulb mode with a tripod and try to get away from city light but any other tips? how long can i or should i keep my shutter open? ideas?

did it work out? I tried to shoot the perseid meteors. It was a great night, saw about 10 falling stars, beautiful, but unfortunately none came across the lens.
