Default sunspots?

Here are some pictures that I have taken, they have glare from the sun, is there a way I can get the effect of the sun still being briliant and eliminate the rainbows and sunspots?

Also how is the composition? any coments are welcome. Thanks!

The short answer is yes, and no.
Depending on the camera and lenses, you can adjust your exposure, angle, and focal length to minimize apparent flare. Unfortunately, getting rid of flare (either as distinct angular reflections of internal elements of the lens, or as haze) may restrict the angle at which you can shoot.

A lens hood, as well as care in composition is an excellent way to cut down on lens flare appearing as haze when the light source is at an angle to the lens but not in the shot.

If you posted the exif data for these shots we could give you more specific technical feedback. Were these shots taken at a low f/ number?
