I'll critique you right here.
Overall, it's nice, but I think it needs some work. The power lines do distract me, and the sun (it's hard not to "overexpose" the sun...) makes things a bit weird -- but I really like the shapes that the branches make.When I took a photo along these lines, I ended up doing a lot of postprocessing and shifting the colors around, which at least distracted from the weird "overexposed sun" effect. You may or may not like the result, but it does change the photo significantly! (You can see it here.)

I think it may be fine if you push down the exposure. It appears that not just the sun, but even the trees are a bit overexposed.
