Default Summer Nights

This is a local shot taken after a storm. This is one of my favorite locations. Ships and Boats anybody?

Some of the sidewalk is blown out, but OMG, the bridge is structurally pleasing to take pictures of !(I was going to say amazing, but I haven't seen this picture in the day)

The reflections on the water is incredible IMHO....photos like these get me excited for some reason lol

From a technical standpoint...

The horizon is wonky - Straightening it would be a big improvement.
The brigde is a bit soft - Not sure if it's the focus, that the photo needs sharpening or camera shake from being handheld in low light
WB balance is a bit off - The street lights trick the auto WB balance of a camera to make the scene too warm, try altering the WB either in post if you shoot RAW or by using a preset if manging in camera.

especially asking a specific Critique question and adding EXIF.
