I love the composition in this shot, and the variety of colors. Fall is fantastic, isn't it?

Good placement of the walkway leads the eye into the picture, almost as if I'm walking down the sidewalk myself.

Id actually prefer the walkway to be clear of leaves, but thats harder than it sounds.

I wish we had fall. Everything here is either cedar (evergreen) or dead from the summer heat by the time fall rolls around! (Texas, btw.)

Where in DC is this - I want to go there. Its raining a lot here, so the leaves are prob mostly gone - BUT there is always next year...

Excellent shot and really beautiful autumn colors. Unfortunately, where I live, I don't get to see this. It's tropical whole year round.
