I like it. That being said, when you go look at the original, you have the stitching off just a bit. Look at the 5th fence post in from the left.

Wow, good eye, I looked at the original closer and there is some duplication in the photo at that point. I'll have to go back and fix that.

Thanks

Looks like parallax eror caused by rotating round the body of the camera rather than the nodal point. Stitchin of the mountains looks fine because parallax error only affects things close at hand.

Default Re-stitched Montana Road Photo

I reworked the Montana Road photo. I actually removed one of the frames I used in the original. As "FromtheBackofaHorse" pointed out there was some duplication in the photo. This one looks much better.

Thanks for the comments

I used a program that came with my Laptop - HP Image Zone. They have a project section that stitches together individual frames to make panoramas. I can then edit the photo in the same program (i.e. crop, straighten, brightness/contrast). I have used PS to assemble a Full moon picture using about a 20-30 individual shots taken through my telescope using a point and shoot ( I actually had some pieces missing in the end picture). That was tedious, but I do want to try it again. This program was very easy. I have used it on a dozen or so panoramas. You do have to double check the end result though. As you can see in the first photo at the top of the thread the program duplicated some of the image in the center.

Here is another panorama I like. Its a 360 degree view of El Castillo at Xunantunich, Belize.

The picture at El Castillo is incredible....I love it

I've always wanted to try a 360. I've done 90 many times, because I don't have a tripod.
