Default The Lone Log

Shot at Whatcom Falls Park in Bellingham, WA. Any CC appreciated as to how to make this a better capture.

Thanks

Wow! Great photo. I love how "fluffy" the water look. They look like clouds, like you could just lay on it. I'm still a newbie so I don't know how to make this any better, but I can't wait to see what others tell you. I think it's great just like it is. Oh, and welcome!

Default I really like this shot

Usually I don't like water as blurred as this but, in this instance I think that it works very well and makes the log stand out...

Hey there Ray,
A familiar area.
Personally looks fairly decent as is. Trying different comps and angles would be about the only way to draw the log out any differently unless you are looking for pp advice.
Perhaps a lower angle to have some other background, or at least to get that branch out of, or higher in the frame. A flash from the side may have helped it seperate more.
Good ss works well with the water.
