Nice muted colours. The horizon looks a little slanted and might have been better positioned at the top third line.

Beautiful colors on the bridge but as commented above, the horizon is slanted - this could be easily fixed with PS.

Not knowing the EXIF data I venture to guess the photo was taken with a high ISO value - the image looks a bit noisy - I am guessing this is a handheld shot. This image could also benefit from a little more DoF to make the distant buildings and bridge detail come into sharper focus.

If you have PS you could select the foreground and selectively increase the brightness a bit to help improve the exposure on the grass. While there, cloning the white plastic piece on the left post of the bridge should be easy.
