Again, nice foreground colors but a bit underexposed. From the technical viewpoint I offer the following suggestions for future shots:

1. Use a tripod so the ISO can be brought to the lowest, this will make the image smoother.
2. Keep an eye on the horizon, is better when is straight.
3. With the horizon the questions often comes as to where to position it. Is better to have it on the lower third if you want to make the sky your main subject, or the upper third if the foreground seems to be the focal point of your composition. In this shot I would select the horizon on the lower third, exposing for better detail on the clouds - this will contrast the advancing storm against the small lonely house on the distance.
4. To achieve better overall exposure you can either use a graduated ND filter to decrease the exposure value (EV) of the sky allowing for better exposure of the foreground elements while maintining good detail of the clouds. Or you could set the camera on a tripod and take bracketed exposures at -1 EV, 0 EV and +1 EV, then run those through an HDR program to get a more balanced product.

Hope these help you, am sure others will offer additional suggestions.
