Default hdr attempt

varytone_hdr

I'm really new to HDR, I got Photomatix Pro though but still, my pics look a bit weird. You probably wanna browse in my flickr stream, got some more uploaded there.

EDIT:
How I took it:
I got my cam on a Tripod and set the saving mode to RAW.
Then there is an option in your cam menu called AEB. it ranges from -2 to +2.
There, you can make your camera take 3 pics in a row. you have to hold the button for the aperture adjusting and then move your selection wheel to left or to the right, i don't really remember. Well anyway, you need one selection at -2, one at 0 and the other one at +2.
After selecting it, you may get ur cam onto your tripod and release the shutter(i used a remote control to avoid motion blur etc.).
After having taken the 3 pics u may wanna load them in Photomatix and Merge them with ctrl+g
Then u can choose in the HDR Menu "Tone Mapping" which allows you to play around with the tonemapping settings in order to get the result you like. Since I'm really new to that I didnt find out everything. Its more playing around than knowing what to do at the moment

I hope you understand me, cuz it's rather late here and I'm quite tired and not really into thinking in english atm :P
I apologize.
Bye =)

At first glance look like a scruffy but because of the beautiful colors of the flowers pretty nice as well...
