Question Beautiful Skies

I am a photojournalism major and I am still kind of in the workings of getting into photography and whatnot. I was wondering does anyone have any good tips on getting the sky in landscape photography to look amazing?

I do not want dull blue skies. I want something perfectly blue. Or even how do you pull of great sunset and sunrise shots?

It varies. It depends on what you want. Browse and see what has been posted here, and you might also try various members' private sites, because many of us have these kinds of photos posted.
In addition, you might look at some of the HDR techniques if it's daylight skies that you're interested in.

Hi Nicole!

Thank you for the link! Definitely helpful. I am not all too sure what I want to do with photography. I love shooting sports, but then I also love shooting architecture and landscapes. I also love taking portraits as well. So much! Thank you for the information!

Oh and I wondered do you know how to change where it says "Point and Shoot" under the username? I noticed other people have like digital SLR and like you have Super Moderator.

Make about 45 more posts and it will change

It's actually in the FAQs, but I have a sneaking suspicion that the link to them is easily missed. So, here's the link to the section they're in.
