Nice... I like it.
I think I would try and bring the contrast up just slightly...
do the whole curves thing... get the sign to stand out just a little more...
love the sign at the end of the rainbow - great composition!

Good eye! Nice grab considering the circumstances. I don't see many rainbow shots as good as this one these days.

I agree, bring up the sign a bit with levels.

yer i was also thinking that the sign was a little to dark but i didnt have the time to try much with the photo and my pc has also been playing up a little..

i lighten the sign a little , hope it helps.

Some may poo poo this suggestion, have you tried bringing up the saturation to bring out the rainbow colors? It's a great shot well done.
