Default Bucksport, Maine early morning 11-28-11

I grabbed this on the way to work this morning and know it's soft because I was too lazy to get out the tripod, but I have another question.
The color of the street lights you see are actually that color. If I had shot this in .raw format, would I have been able to adjust the "orange" color to a more "white"? Hope this makes sense, and thanks!

You can also change the white balance settings in your camera to get different color effects. But changing the orange to white would be tough to do in post processing

You still can in JPEG. You just might not get as good results. If you want to, there are two ways to do this. Use the white balance tool (little eye dropper in lightroom, other software I think its within menus) and click something white, or manually adjust the curves for separate colours, in this case lowering the reds a bit.
