I like both shots, though I think the colored one could use a bit more saturation to get a pop in it, and the B+W doesn't have as much contrast as I (personally) prefer.

I'm going to go with the colored also. The B+W for some reason doesn't do it for me (and I'm a huge b+w fan).
I guess being a tour guide you get to see loads of scenery like this very often, must be great

I really like the colored one. I'd almost like to see the B&W in color too since the compositions are a bit different. This is gorgeous. I might try to do some localized editing in Photoshop on the rock in the center. The greens in the trees really work but the rocks seem a bit greenish (maybe there's moss on them that my not great LCD isn't showing me?) when maybe they should be a bit grey or browner?
Excellent job though, I'm jealous!
