Hi YSV:
I like the vivid colors of the building and grass but what it concerns me a little is the dull sky. I definitely will add a hue/saturation layer to add blue to the sky, play with dodge and burn to match the colorful photo you have.

I think I'd say the exact opposite. The grass and the face of the building are a bit too vivid for me. I know everyone wants to use HDR to get those surreal colors and textures, but that really isn't it's purpose. I think the sky gives the image a nice tone and some context. We see that it was an overcast day. No reason to try and trick us into thinking it's a bright sunny day. If you were to add color into it, it wouldn't make sense unless you changed the color of the entire image.

Gray, overcast skies = gray, colder tones and soft lighting
Clear, bright blue skies = more vivid and natural tones with harsher lighting

Just because you can add color doesn't always mean you should.

your building looks amazing.....and even if the lighting is unnatural, i love this kind of post work.....
