I took this photograph at around 6.00 AM from the aircraft. Kindly suggest improvements:

I don't think this threads belongs here. Maybe in Critique forum or post processing will be a better department. I guess a Super Moderator will move the thread if it's necessary.
About your question, well... the photo look good. It's a little bit dull but you can remove that adjusting levels. Also adding some sharpness could improve it too. Play with the saturation channels to see what kind of results you achieve. I will also try to dodge and burn some areas of the sky to make it a little bit more dramatic. Finally but I don't think it's really necessary, maybe trying another crop too.
