Default Kurnell Beach

Hi,

I went to a beach here in Sydney called Kurnell beach. Interesting place to go for a photography session.

Posted here are some of the shots I managed to get (the rest are on flickr).

A couple of them have slanted horizons. I'm not keen on that in the first but I'm quite drawn to it as a feature in the second, echoing the choppy water.

The third shot looks odd - was it, as it appears at first glance, a distant cliff (and some trick to get foreground and background blurred) or, as I think it might be on second thoughts a close up of stones much nearer?

I love the gull but I would have cropped it in a bit.

Hi,

Thanks for the comments guys.

Wulf, the third picture is of the other side of the rocks in the first picture.

I also agree with Xploit, I like both versions of the bird; thanks Nathan.

Xploit, it really is very interesting place to photograph, you should definately get down there.

Thanks again guys.

Daniel...

Smile Nice Photos

I like this group of photos. I wasn't as keen on the last one of the seagull but the other three especially the first and third were great! Keep it up!
