Do you have any specific questions? (Per the forum rules, also because learning to ask specific critique questions is a very useful skill!)

My first impression is that I really like the strong lines, and the collection of textures on the floor and walls. I'm mixed on the color balance -- it's SO orange that it's a little overpowering.

But, I'm looking for your specific questions first!

Does the whole thing seem tilted a tiny bit to the left to anyone else?

The original picture is rather bright for a tunnel, to my taste. Hence, I have converted it to Sepia and reduce the brightness of the picture, and crop a little bit. I may have overdone it.

Attached is the original picture. Does it seems too bright for you?

The tilt part I am not too sure myself. Is it because of the black strip (a drain, actually) on right side of floor thats give us the wrong impression?

Thanks.

Huh, interesting! I prefer the sepia version, although I do think that it's a little too much sepia -- somewhere in-between. But I agree that the sepia version is much more "tunnel-like" and also brings out the floor textures.
