There seems to have been a problem with your upload. It's got a odd split at the very top. Can you re-upload?

Actually, if you can reupload to a photosharing site (Flickr, Picasa, Zooomr, Photobucket) you'll avoid the problem. We're having problems with uploads sitewide at the moment.

Ah... so that's why you can't actually see any of the photos in my profile album?! Explains it!

Beautiful shot, nice composition. I think some might think there is too much water, but I like it.
I think this shot could benefit from fixing the angle of the buildings caused by the wide angle lens, because all the buildings are on the right. It looks a little unbalanced.
As for the tone mapping, I think the shot is suffering from "Toxic Sky Syndrome"! It looks like a bad day in San Bernardino Valley! Lol.
Keep 'em coming!

Default Sepia / black and white effect.

You have a lovely photo here, with a scene that provides great foreground, midground and background interest.

I like the aforementioned comments by Doctor Atomo.

It reminded me of an antique vintage post card effect, did you try your image in sepia tones?
