Default Too blue?

On a cold winter day I was playing around with my old G6 and took this shot. The sky was incredibly blue with the water acting as a mirror it was a beautiful scene. Should I tone down the blue? What can I do to make the composition better?

Camera: Canon G6
Exposure: 1/640
Aperture: f/5.0
Focal Length: 17.6 mm
ISO Speed: auto
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: No Flash

i like the blues....they're rich and believable.....although the pilings look a tad cool.....i wasn't there, though......so only you would know for sure.....as it is....the color is fine....

pretty scene....and you have your focus in a great spot in the frame....if this is a cropped version, i might have given it a bit more room.....leaving your focus of where your pilings are going in relatively the same place in the field.....if that made sense....

Relinked it thanks for the suggestion. This is not cropped, do you mean move further back to get more of the sides in?

I actually like the blue, so I want to keep it in color, just wondering if it was too much. But the image is as it really was that day, just an very clear and bright day. The birds and the duck might not cooperate with a long exposure shot!

I think that the blues are too intense, but what the heck. Pictures are a canvas and you are allowed to do with it as you please. I think that the blue doesn't necessarilty represent "reality", but does it really matter? I like the picture the way you have done it.

Thumbs up

Great shot. love the blue tones. I like how the pilings lead the eye through your DOF.
