Default Cityscape with light snow

I took this on a cloudy evening, this is done up to increase a bit of greens and put up the contrast a bit.
But how to get good contrast in camera in such conditions. I dont want to be editing for contrast.

Getting everything correct in camera is very hard and i think you did a very good job on it. The contrast seems very good to me and the greens are green and white is white. You have a great perspective. If you need more than this, then you are better off getting your hands on a good PP tool. I know your camera comes with photo proffessional and does work great to improve contrast and saturation. If you are on a budget then consider GIMP that is a free but very powerfull tool comparable to photoshop.

lighting on an overcast day can be fairly "flat"....i don't believe there's much that you can do in camera to give you that dimensional contrast i think that you are looking for.... what you can do is shoot at a different time of day when the light is more directional....early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the sun....even if it is behind clouds.....comes from low in the sky.....it's the shadowing that sculpts the scene....
