Hello and welcome to DPS,
I love to shoot waterfalls too. I like in your shot that you placed the waterflow in a diagonal line that is apealing in a picture. I think that if you had framed so that the litle waterfall would have been top left corner with some room to flow into the picture, it would have made a stronger composition and better picture. The shot seems to be a bit out of focus also, i would watch out for that too. Next time please include the EXIF file so we can help out more.

Recommend shutter speed priority mode on a shot like this. Otherwise, based on your EXIF, I'd suggest widening the aperture (lower number) for this photo to give you more control over the ISO (lower is better), then slowing shutter speed at the end of the equation.
The only other point I'd add, in addition to barabe's comments, is that a circular polarization filter would have worked wonders on this photo. No glare, better contrast, the works.

Hi,
there's a lot of blurred/shaky sections of the pic. I think this waterfall may have looked better from a more horizontal, low angle. Also, add in some elements of interest, like a small group of pebbles/a leaf on the water/ a reflecting coin etc |
