Default Faded Frear Building (Architecture - composition & processing)

The Frear Building, Troy NY

I liked this but I'm not getting my feedback on flickr for it.

This building is fairly notable in its city, and I shot this because it's easy to miss the old, faded sign. Nobody looks up, you know. Wondering mainly about the composition on this one; is the subject placed in the right spot? What baout the inclusion of the facade on the left? Is it the right angle at all? Also wondering if I went a little too far in the processing, are the whites too stark and is the sky oversaturated? Thanks!

I love old ghost signs like this. I don't have a problem with the facade - I think it give some context on the type and age of the building. I might be tempted to include even more of the facade by moving to the left a bit and reframing so the right side of the sign is close to the edge of the frame. I do agree about the processing. It looks like some of the brick textures have been blown out especially on the right side.

Thanks, I can revisit and try that composition. I was afraid of creating too much symmetry by putting the corner of the building in the center of the frame.

The processing felt good to me at the time but now I'm questioning it. Thanks!
