Default Snow scene with small amount of snow

I was out practicing today at one of our local photogenic locations. The trees were covered with frost and with the light breeze made it appear as though it was snowing. I tried to frame the shot to look like a meditation spot with light snow but not sure on how to keep the snow clear and not like white blotches or 'glow balls'. Here is what I used and settings.

I'm no photo pro, but the whole scene looks too out of focus. The tree is in focus the most but I didn't think that was the meditation spot. Then I finally see the snow covered bench...I think...or is that a wall next to the tree? There's also another bench in that little building... I think a smaller aperture (larger f number) would give you more focus to the area as a whole. You call the falling snow blotches but the blur of the snow fall tells me it is snowing at the time you took the photo. All in all, I don't really get the feel of a place to meditate. Possibly try some different perspectives if you are able to return to this site. For what it's worth...

I think the breeze blowing the snow killed your focus on this shot beyond salvage. If it were mine, I'd dump it and move on.
