Hi,

Please read the rules re; asking specific questions and leaving EXIF data. I think the overwhelmingly obvious criticism of your shot is that the foreground and subject are badly underexposed, and if you had left the EXIF data, we could perhaps have diagnosed why this had happened so you could correct it next time.
Also, there is a huge sun flare in the middle of the picture which is really distracting.

However, I will say that your framing here is excellent. It would have been a stunning shot if you had gotten the exposure right. For the scene like this where the foreground is much darker than the background, a multiple exposure shot (i.e. HDR) could be good, as it will allow you to capture both elements.

Good luck, but please ask a specific question about the shot and leave EXIF data next time.

Nice eye, nice composition. I *think* you were going for the silhouette and you didn't doo to bad w/ it.
This shot taken 30 minutes later with the sun behind the tree would have been better, and it would probably have eliminated the distracting lens flare.
