At First look it is hard for me to tell what the subject is the people or the boat. My eye heads immediately to the boat. Keep in mind when you take the shot that you know your subject.

My first thought was: Simplify. Maybe try cropping this into different images. For example:

1. The people alone would be interesting. I like that they are all looking at something. Cropped, leaving the boat out, would make the view wonder what everyone was look at.

2. The skyline with the hillside, and some of the lake may make a nice image.

3. Crop around the boat using the rule of thirds.

Your color is amazing. I especially like the sky, and the rich blue.

I agree, I'm not sure what to look at. Perhaps if you crop in with the people in the lower right, and the clouds in the upper left. The image is also a little flat, perhaps try adjusting the curve/levels. Also, please make note that images should be at 740 px on the longest side. The moderators may choose to resize, or delete your image until it's resized. That being said, the image has potential.
