Default Please help!

How can I improve on this type of landscape shot? I have this view for the next few days and I would really like to get a shot that pops!

I am using a polarizer and an ND Grad -.6

EXIF:
Camera: Canon EOS 50D
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/11.0
Focal Length: 105 mm
ISO Speed: 100

maybe you can adjust the color balance and see if that helps. Snow s/b white...unless you are intentionally making it blue for artistic reasons...

You might want to try playing with the polarizer, or take it off completely. I played with the image in PP and adjusted levels, both before and after adjusting white balance. That really is a beautiful setting.

Thanks. Tomorrow looks clear so I will give it a shot without the polarizer. I think I should focus on the peak and not the town as well.

My vote is to wait for a better time of the day, like just at sunrise or just at sunset. Use a tripod and set up for a longer exposure. If you play it right, you could get some good lights on in the town below, while getting some good detail in the mountain.

If it's clear at night, and there's a moon out, how about using the light from that on a long exposure shot? Just a few ideas to kick around.

I'd love to see it with a shorter focal length - more of that cloud/fog.
