I like the second one more, as you can see more of the trunk of the trees and the light gives it more warmth. I also like the way the other branches frame the central tree.

The first one seems too pointed upwards to me, missing the balance of the length of the shot taking in the alley of trees, or the full height of the trees.

Although I am a total newbie myself, so great shots, keep on at it.
