This is a very pleasant scene -- my eye catches on the mountains, and then comes to the pond in the foreground -- which is a bit funny (normally my eye goes INTO the frame, but hey, it works!).
Overall, the photo is pleasant, but there's something missing a little bit from it. It may be that the things which catch my eye -- the mountains and pond -- are all viewed slightly edge-on, or at least they're small. The sky is interesting, but doesn't hold my attention for very long. As a result, I feel like there's a lot more "weight" at the bottom of the image than at the top. The more that I think about it, the more I feel that the "edge-on" view of the pond really is what bothers me. Also, as a detail, the tree which is cut off on the left is a bit odd -- I'd like it to either be more in, or more out of, the frame. Sorry I can't be more precise for you -- but overall, good start!

It's a beautiful scene and the colors are awesome. I think to make it a little more interesting, you could have moved closer to the water and shot at a low angle with the water and possible reflection as the bottom of the picture. However, it's hard to say anything bad about this - the picture is beautiful as it is.
