As far as the composition goes, I am not sure that having the balloon off-center helps in this case. The rest of the sky to the right is not very interesting to me, so maybe it would look better centered?

The composition of this photo is great. I think that it would make a great stock photo. Lots of room for text on the right side. A graphic designer would love this shot.

I like the sky, with the cloud variations and the deeeep blue. Really nice foto.
