Default Distortion

Hi.My first post here...
Please tell me if the distortion and partial HDR effect are reasonable in that pic?What would you suggest to change?Any criticism - welcome

What did you do to achieve this partial HDR effect? I do think it works well for this picture and the distortion is not disagreeable to me either. It might just be me but it seems a little bit too orange under the bridge but that might be just my preference. Quite frankly I love this shot!

Hi StanL,

Nice shot! I really, really like the dramatic lines that the buildings make which pushes my eye up into the sky. Nice!

I am going to agree with Kasey that orange under the bridge attracts my attention and takes it away from the buildings and the sky. In Photoshop you could knock down the intensity of the orange or darken under the bridge, but my guess is that you went for the HDR to get some detail there. It's up to you.

In the top left corner of the frame there is what appears to be just the top corner of another building. I would clone that out.

I did not use 2 layers, just made the sky more dramatic and lighten up the bricks of buidings ..
